Studio Subscription – Terms & Conditions

Minimum Term

All Studio Subscription plans require a minimum 2-month commitment. After the initial period, your subscription can be cancelled or paused with 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Monthly Content Submission

To receive your monthly content, all required content (text, ideas, photos, etc.) must be submitted by the agreed cut-off date each month.

Delivery: Designs will be delivered by the agreed delivery date each month

If content is not submitted on time, design will be skipped for that month without refund. No chasing — it’s your responsibility to stay on schedule.

What’s Included

Each subscription includes your selected number of custom-designed Canva posts per month (choose from 5, 10, 15, or 20). These are created with your brand, voice, and goals in mind.

Revisions: 1 round of light edits is included per batch. Major changes or reworks may incur additional fees.

What’s Not Included

This is a content design service, not a content strategy or social media management service. You provide the ideas, copy, or inspiration — I bring them to life visually.

Delivery

You’ll receive your final designs via email. Please make sure to download and back up your files.

Communication

All communication will be via email. You’ll be sent a reminder ahead of the submission cut-off date. Any custom requests or upgrades should be discussed before the new billing cycle begins.

Fair Use

Please don’t share or resell your designs. These are custom, made-for-you assets.
