You will send us a list of content ideas as well as design inspiration. We will create a first draft, which you can send us back with any amendments. Once you are 100% happy with the design we will get your content package completed.
Time frames are dependent on various factors such as amendments, the complexity of content, and availability. Get in touch before purchasing to get an accurate delivery date.

If you wish to cancel after the work has begun you may be entitled to a partial refund. The amount will be calculated regarding the time spent on your design. Please make sure you have a clear vision regarding ideas of what you would like for your content BEFORE coming to us. We can advise you regarding design ideas, however, we can not design without a brief. If there is specific specialist wording required in your content you must provide this and it must be spell checked. Each content package is limited to 3 amendments. We do not offer unlimited changes on designs so please think carefully and be decisive when asking us to make changes to designs we have created for you.
